bought this in march of 2023 for a deep cleaning of my house and haven’t used it since. want to clean my car so i got it out and it will not charge. waste of my hard earned money. don’t buy it.

The item charged within hours, I love the fact that it has two speeds for cleaning. My old one only had one speed and the battery didn't last very long. I recommend this item if you have back or knee problems. The poles are sturdy and long enough to do your cleaning jobs.

I contacted seller to send instructions but no response. I don’t know how to replace the brush head without it.

The media could not be loaded. I have to clean my tub almost twice a week cause it’s old and it stains very quick. This tool helps me clean so much quicker and cleans very well.

I loved it when I first got it, but the charge kept getting less and less. Now it shows it's charged, but doesn't work. I use it manually now.

I own a cleaning business and bought two of these yo try. They are absolutely wonderful! My only peeve is they don’t last long enough and take too long to recharge. I need to buy like 4 more to get a full day of cleaning in with them. But tgey work so well it’s a steal of a buy!’

I used it right out of the box product had 3 bars, so I cleaned my shower with it. Then I put the charger on it, it went up to 4 bars I thought great I had the big brush head on it and turned it on, used it a little bit then I wanted to change heads so I pushed the on off button and it didn't shut off ever, I left it on the counter to run itself dead and dead it stayed. Tried to recharge it and the lights didn't even light. So I only got 1 & 1/2 uses out of it before sending it back
