I work three 12hr shifts consecutively each week and my feet were killing me at the end of each shift, i spent $160 on some oncloud shoes that everyone raves about and they did nothing for me. I swapped out the insoles with these ones and OMG i wish I’d done this sooner. It tells you to wear them a few hours at a time to get used to them but i wore them first time for the full 12hr shift and yes they were a little awkward at first cause i my feet weren’t used to the support. I have not looked back since. Huge difference in just the first week of using them…. My feet and legs weren’t aching, my back pain wasn’t nearly as bad as it normally is, and my sciatica has not returned since using these. I want to get more for my other sneakers. These are worth the price trust me.

These orthotics comfortably fit in most shoes - although the original lining in the shoe may have to be removed.

When I was in physical therapy for my knees last year my physical therapist wanted to know what kind of insoles I had in my tennis shoes. I showed them my Power Step Pinnacles and, even though they were old, he approved them. So I knew that for my next pair of tennis shoes, which I would have to wear at work everyday standing & walking around all day long, I would want another pair of Power Step Pinnacle insoles. These fit the bill. They're supportive and I know that I have some of the best insoles on the market because of reviews I have read!

I use this insert more than the Pinnacle Maxx model of inserts. It is designed to fit narrower dress shoes. It works with some of my dress shoes but not all.

After years of travel and walking on many difficult kinds of surfaces, I developed problems with my feet. The podiatrist I saw suggested I need a walking shoe with more support. I was concerned that I had some shoes that were comfortable for errands and I was hoping to keep. He recommended this brand of support inserts. I have not had to cut the inserts to fit the sneakers I wear. The support for my arches is great. I mentioned them to my brother and he said his Dr. also recommended this brand. We both appreciated that the inserts worked and didn’t cost us $400!

These inserts are made of high Quailty material. They don’t curl they stay flat in the shoe. The arch is right where I needed it. I’m on my feet 10 hours a day and this is the most comfortable insert I’ve ever tried.

I bought them for arch support because I suffer from plantar fasciitis this insoles were super uncomfortable and they hurt when walking with them. I finished returning this item.

This is a great product! I have high arches so I bought these primarily for arch support. They do the trick, and I highly recommend them!

Just slightly smaller than a size 6 shoe and a little bit thicker than I would like Felt a little tight when I first put them in but after a short while they were fine , In fact my feet feel better and less pain in my knees and back I’ve only been wearing them for a few days

Literally cured my plantar fasciitis. Not gonna lie the first day of using this it was a little better but then my feet still hurt at the end of the day of an 8 hour shift, but after a couple days I felt no pain at all. Just had to break it in I guess. This is golden. Highly recommend, this it will help your feet!

I have a reconstructed foot and have spent heaps of money on having special Orthotic insoles made. I now live in a regional area with no Orthopaedic Specialist close by so I decided to purchase insoles from a store, regardless of the risk of wasting money. The ones I bought at first were okay buy didn't last long. Finding the Powerstep, Pinnacle Pink insoles has been wonderful. The Powerstep insoles are the closest I've found to my original but very expensive, (many, many hundreds of dollars) specially made insoles. This particular Seller's price was so good that after ordering 3 pairs, I ordered again and got another 3 pairs (at a slightly higher price). It's so good to no longer have to shuffle insoles between several pairs of shoes. I've now had them a couple of months and they aren't showing any signs of obvious wear. Excellent Seller, good delivery time and excellent product at a good price. Highly recommended.
