Missing Mat
Product itself is good but mat was missing from delivery.

Increased range
Used this product. My cars ranged had drastically dropped to just 505 miles. I had used this previously on another car back in 2013. This time after using it it boosted my tank from 505 miles to 587. Will be using 2nd bottle in a few months

Cannot get lid off can
Product is good but for the last two cans ordered I cannot get the lid of the can. I have asked seller how I can get the lid of and was advised I could return the items. Not helpful. Any tips on how to get the lid off

Cleared fault
Had an engine management amber light on. Used the additive and the fault cleared within a few days. Used again after 4.5k miles without another amber light.

How to lose the tin contents
The screw-top pourer does not fit the top of the can so does not make the perfect seal and when you hold the top on to pour you lose part of the contents on the ground. There used to be a ring-pull on the top of the can but not any more it seems.

Not a magic fix all.
Had mini re-tested for emissions, failed again but better results. Had to bite bullet and get new Catalitic Convertor!

Advert did not fully match delivery
The product arrived on time and does what it says on the tin. However the non slip mat that was included in the offer did not arrive.
