Great value, simple to use and it works
Great value, simple to use and it works—what more needs to be said. If you’re looking for a simple sonic tooth brush you should look at this model. It has USB C charging. Has different programmes—if you need that feature. It does not have any gimmicky things like Bluetooth etc. It’s an electric toothbrush with good battery life, that’s easy to use. If used correctly it cleans your teeth well.

Quality and price
I have used many different sonic tooth brushes and this one is the best. The build quality is second to none. The battery does last 2 months. The tooth brush body is almost totally smooth so very little dirt will be trapped. The brush head sticks out just enough from the brush body so very little tooth paste gets trapped and cleaning it is very easy. I used to go through brush heads of other brands every 2 months, these last 3 months with no problem. This is the best sonic tooth brush on the market!

A customer from Japan
I saw a video on YouTube, Rick Buck's, and was convinced to try this out. And so far, I'm very happy for buying this!I've been using a manual brush so long, but I don't think I could go back to it now. I'm even considering buying a second one for work. The price is a steal for me.The support is also responsive. 90% of my concerns have been resolved. Yet, the "light doesn't go on-and-off" question remains, but not a big deal.I don't think I could actually find this one in stores in Japan. So, I was glad to I could buy it on Amazon. They even sell the brush heads, floss, but-- in Japan, but not the tongue scraper. That I cannot buy from Amazon Japan right now, which is sad, but they promised to sell it in the future, so I'm really counting on it! (Using this brush for cleaning your tongue is also good, i did this every time gently)additional (2024/06/15):Just bought a second one for work.

Dishonesty About Affiliation; Great Battery Life, But Charcoal-Infused Brush May Be Bad Long-Term
I bought and have been using the EZZI for 3 months now, and am generally satisfied with its performance - especially its incredible battery life. However, the brush head is charcoal-infused and literature I've found online say while such brush heads potentially clean better, they are also abrasive to the enamel. And the one negative observation I have is the surface my teeth feels somewhat rougher and 'chalky' especially immediately after brushing. Could this be the charcoal damaging my enamel? Articles I've now read say charcoal-infused toothbrushes are not meant for long-term use -- I asked in a comment on the Baseline Dental EZZI review video, but they simply deleted/hid my comment without answering. This is NOT trust-inspiring behaviour, rather it gives impression of the owner of Baseline Dental/EZZI out to make a quick buck without proper support and accountability.Which brings me to the point about dishonesty:When I first purchased the toothbrush, the affiliation between EZZI and Baseline Dental was not made known. When I saw Baseline's video review being used in the product description I had thought EZZI purchased the rights to an honest and unbiased review for use. Now they have come clean in their video description that EZZI and Baseline Dental has the same owner. I feel this is dishonesty - you cannot honestly title a video review "My New Favourite Toothbrush" without explicitly stating upfront you are the one selling the product.

Great affordable sonic toothbrush
I have gum issues (gum disease) and receding gums (I brush too hard), and if I don't change this I am looking at needing painful gum graft surgery down the line. I got this tooth brush due to the brush head. I found only one other brand that has a similar style of small brush head with soft multi-level fine tapered bristles. I bought this one because the price is right and it comes with two brush heads in the box. I think the price of the replacement brush heads on par with the cost of what other companies charge for their replacement brush heads. I wanted an electric toothbrush that has brush heads which are gentle on my gums, clean teeth and gums well, and that would curb my tendency to brush too hard. I had gum flap surgery before, so I have this issue of needing to keep my gums clean, yet also not over-brushing them. This toothbrush seems well constructed. It comes with two brush heads in the package and a USB-A charger puck. The toothbrush handle has a straightforward button design. The brush features are straightforward, clear, and easy to operate. The brush has clear 30 second pacer signals and a 2 minute timer. I used to use a rotary style electric toothbrush with micro filament heads, but that model kept having issues so I switched to other electric toothbrush brands, but even their most gentle brush heads are too harsh on my gums. After my dentist suggested I get a consult on whether I need a gum graft, I decided to change toothbrushes again This toothbrush meets most of my criteria, the only thing missing is a visual pressure indicator to warn me if I am applying too much brushing pressure; however, my last electric toothbrush had that and even on super sensitive mode with a sensitive brush head, I still ended up over brushing despite never triggering the pressure sensor.
