Was going crazy trying to find a decent yellow curry. Only problem I had was getting the paste out of its packaging. Will need to run it under hot water next time

Couldn't find yellow paste in a store and ordered several. Love the taste. Just like the local Thai restaurant. Yum

I made a curry with it with coconut milk and chicken and vegetables, I'm not a good cook but I thought it was the most delicious thing I've ever made. My nephews, however, were digging in the pantry for any spices they could find to add some flavor, they both said it tasted like nothing. They've both had COVID 19 and I haven't, so maybe that explains why they couldn't taste anything, they also say things like avocados and rice have no flavor and I disagree. This curry paste is delicious but not overwhelming, if you like spicy food and strong flavors this might not taste like much to you
