I had this shipped to my 90 year-old mother upon her request. The following are her comments . “My new UpWalker EZ has been a game-changer for me. It gives me a more upright and stable posture when I walk, and I've got a place to sit down when I get where I'm going. I’m pretty short, but I was able to adjust the armrests to the right height. The padding is comfortable, and I’m able to walk around corners and through doorways very easily. The big wheels are great for going over a threshold between my den and my kitchen. It’s so much lighter than my old walker, so I can easily fold it up and put it in my daughter’s car. My doctor says I need to walk more, and my UpWalker helps me do it. Bought this for my Dad to inspire him to walk more confidently and he likes that it can support him well. He's short so he appreciates the lowest setting. This version is also very light and folds nicely, fits great in our CRV. I think the price is justified, didn't need any assembly at all, stable enough to hold my Dad upright. Brakes work great.

Almost perfect! I can walk much further, faster and more comfortably now. After 10 weeks of using it, I am much stronger and walking with much less pain. It feels very stable and I can adjust it to my height. I love the way the wheels rotate for great maneuverability, getting on and off elevators, etc. I took off a star for one reason. The bag works fine when you have the upwalker totally open for use, but when you need to fold it the bag has to come off. Still, this has been a gamechanger for me. I'm 78 and have severe arthritis, and I can walk much farther than I have in years. Also, I can look people in the face instead of up and sideways like Igor characters.

I ordered the UP Walker EZ for my centenarian father and it has greatly increased his mobility. It’s stable enough with the brakes locked that he can pull himself to standing using the walker as support, with me helping and holding him steady. The front wheels are bigger than a small frame walker wheels, so using the UP Walker in the grass is challenging. The front wheels sometimes turn sideways in the grass ruts and it stops forward motion. As he keeps walking, the Walker bucks up and he runs into it. The same thing happens on gravel. We have decided he should only use it outside on pavement. Other than that, we love the UP Walker EZ!

I need to return the item does not work for my family member Would not work for my parent because of the size of the product in relation to her size and ability to walk with it.

Unstable but fall risk is that it wants to fall sideways unexpectedly, arm rests too short and very hard, very uncomfortable. only keeping it because of lighter weight to travel with

This walker has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to walk without having to bend over to push it, keeping me upright and preventing further strain on my back. Since my fall down the stairs, I never leave home without it. It's incredibly convenient to open and fold, making it a seamless part of my daily routine.

I do not like the design of this walker. The back legs extend out too far and I find it difficult to maneuver. I would like to return the walker but I’m pass the April 26, 2025 return date. May I please return it
