This is the best one I had so far. Great in meal, great in soup. Same taste as fresh broccoli. No need to waste time on fresh broccoli.

Not only is it a powerhouse in the health department, it is delicious.So I went into trying this product knowing I like broccoli, but I also know that powdered vegetables can be awful. I first tried mixing the scoop with 4 oz of water. The product is a very fine powder, almost like powdered sugar, and it mixed smoothly with just a small amount of water.I was a little nervous at first. I mean that is a lot of punch for 4 oz of water. I was delightfully surprised that the product was MORE THAN palatable. There is no doubt that you are eating broccoli.Now the overall flavor of the product is somewhat bland. There are no overwhelming flavors and really just a broccoli aftertaste. It is certainly an easy way to get a half a cup of vegetables in a quick swig.If drinking it with water isn’t your thing, you can mix it with yogurt or smoothie. I mixed a cup of this powder into some strawberry yogurt. Gross, right? The powder mixed through the yogurt without any clumps and effectively turned the yogurt a green tint. Once again, I thought that this was going to be awful, but I was wrong. You really can’t even taste the powder in a yogurt.I’m probably like most people and DO like vegetables, but my busy schedule doesn’t always allow for me to get the recommended daily intake of veggies. This product is a fantastic way to help supplement your needs. You can easily put it in your morning yogurt, sports drink, smoothie, coffee, and you’re probably not even going to taste it. I highly recommend this product!

Broccoli, fresh broccoli, is the one vegetable I try to eat daily, but sometimes life gets in the way and I don’t always have time to steam it or I run out of fresh to snack on....Broccoli is the superpower of vegetables. It provides so many vitamins and cancer fighting nutrients, but you really need to consume several cups a day to get all the benefits. The Retaste powder is 1 ingredient: just freeze dried broccoli, nothing else! Now I can add a scoop of broccoli powder to my green smoothie everyday and have it count toward my 2 cups of broccoli a day. If I am really busy or stressed & find myself skipping meals, I add 2 scoops to my green drink. This powder has been a lifesaver, especially during the holidays. When I was eating more junk foods or processed grab & go foods, the Retaste broccoli powder helped keep my system balanced. About a $1/ day to get my superfood intake. Totally worth it.

I happen to have a fondness for broccoli. This container of dried freeze broccoli happens to resembles the real thing. Incorporating a small amount into my pizza dough and soup imparts the delightful flavor of my beloved vegetable. Moreover, the powder dissolves into my dishes easily, making it versatile and convenient.

This comes in a nice metal canister. It has a fresh green color. The taste is of fresh broccoli. It is a great supplement to your dish to add a helping of veggie. I especially liked the addition to pasta for a green vegetable flavor. Overall this is a good quality fresh broccoli powder. Only downside is that it is pricey ($28 at time of review).
