Had to stick them in front of an open window for a couple of days to get rid of a faint fusty animal smell since then they have been great. Give me just enough support were i want it. Easy to plump up and to rearrange if you need a little extra support.Glad I made the decision to purchase.

I expected these to be soft, comfortable and supportive, especially for the price. They are actually quite heavy and become flat and solid as soon as you lay on them. I guess pillows are subjective though, so I have given three stars because although I don't like them, someone else might love them.Ignoring the comfort element, they look like excellent quality. The stitching and beading is immaculate, and the fabric cover is thick and smooth. As a comparison, they certainly measure up to the pillows I'll 'encountered' at Hilton hotels (which I also found uncomfortable).

Took me by surprise when I first opened and saw them wrapped up - flat as pancakes! But once fluffed up, very comfortable and very happy

These are the most comfortable pillows I have ever used. They are so reasonably priced I couldn't believe it. They are also washable which will mean I will keep them longer. I would recommend putting them in a quilted cover.

The pillows are nicely plump and provide excellent support. They 'spring to life' when removed from the vacuum packaging. They are soft and the cover is excellent quality.

I bought the medium/firm density pair but they were still so flat I couldn't get a proper sleep! honest it was more like you where sleeping without pillows, wouldn't buy again. They need to put more feathers in them!....Honest John - honest as usual

I was a bit worried when they arrived, as vacuum packed and pretty tiny. But they plumped up nicely, and I'm sleeping like a baby.
