Malin&Goetz has long been a trusted beauty brand of mine. It definitely falls into the premium product category. I haven’t tried this product before, and I am super excited to see the results this gets. I’ve taken a before picture, and I will come back here in 6-8 weeks and update my review with that and an after photo, so you can see for yourself. The consistency of this cream/serum is about the same as Sunday Riley A+ retinoid serum, if you’re familiar with that. But I’m 44, and starting to see a few light spots (likely from over tanning over the years) as well as some mild crows feet and forehead lines. I haven’t found a product yet that really made much of a difference. I have high hopes for this one though. You get a decent size bottle for the price too. I’d say probably an 8-12 week supply depending on how much you use. So if it works then it’s well worth buying four times a year. It goes on nicely too, no stickiness or residue, no overbearing scents. Just a nice clean smell. The pump bottle works smoothly, making it easy to control how much you dispense at a time. Definitely recommend this product, and I’ll be back with the updated photos!

there's a vaguely medicinal smell to this that dissipates fairly quickly. a single pump is enough to cover my entire face, and it does absorb well without leaving any residue behind. it comes out as a pretty runny cream consistency, which isn't exactly what I'd pictured with something called a serum.I've been using this once daily at night for about a month now and I can't say I've really noticed any results from it, and I'd say I've gone through about a third of the bottle at this point. I don't really have too many noticeable wrinkles, however, so the lack of results might just be a me thing. I think this is about as effective as most other similar retinol products I've tried, but this one is a lot less budget-friendly than ones I'd normally use so I doubt this will be one I'll reorder.

I love how easy to use this is and no refrigeration is needed! It has a bit of yellow color but goes on clear and blends into the skin. I personally only use this at night but if you don’t always wear sunscreen because this can make your skin very sensitive to the sun.

I use this serum along with a toner and moisturizer at night. This serum is gentle and does not irritate my sensitive skin. It's lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly. After using this serum for a few weeks, I noticed that my skin became brighter and firmer. However, I haven't noticed significant improvement in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It's possible that I need to use it for a longer duration to see more prominent results.

I use retinol regularly in my night skin care routine. This serum is quite similar to other products I have been using, which includes retinol and vitamins. The texture is somewhere between creamy and watery. It absorbs well and moisturizes well. I am just not sure if it is worth the price, compared to other serum products.

I love that it’s vegan, cruelty free, fragrance free, and made in the USA. It’s a creamy yellowish-colored serum. It has a medicinal smell, but is mild and dissipates quickly.This serum is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I’m using a different retinol cream on my face, but it is too strong to use on my neck area. This serum solves that problem. It is moisturizing too. I haven’t used it long enough to get the results, but I like how my skin feels. It’s pricey ($69.98), but if I can see excellent results later, it’s worth it.

I like this retinol product because it doesn't burn or sting and doesn't leave my skin irritated when used or the next day either. It feels pleasant and smells good. I use a night cream over it. During the day because it IS retinol, I do use a sunscreen to prevent burns because retinol can cause them. So far no irritation to my skin. Feels light. I'm not using it full face, just around forehead, crows feet, and cheekbones. I will update review with my success (or not) stories.
