Its good for a couple of years. Then it begins to bend if you are using it hard. Garden or groceries it will not last very long unless its light use. The wood doesn't hold up. The metal doesnt hold up. but with lite use its good. Towing children is good.

Great for those backyard chores! I use it all the time.

The first thing I noticed when assembling was the metal was rippled down the sides and as I was putting unit together I begin to realize how flimsy the metal was even though description said heavy duty, it’s not, my biggest issue was the hardware especially for handle and tires, the Carter keys for holding tires in place are extremely sharp and exposed where small children will definitely stick their hands and get cut on no matter how much you try to bend down to protect. The bolt for handle sticks out almost an inch to long which could poke into skin or eyes if fell upon. The metal nut caps that protect the screws on the inside of wagon if you try and tighten past hand tighten they are so cheaply made they snap into. I put a small child at the front of wagon and pulled him, but if you try to make a turn the wagon would try and tilt. The wood would not have lasted with children if I didn’t disassemble within five minutes. In my opinion, not kid friendly, not heavy duty, not worth the money paid.

It went together pretty easy but you should have a pair of long needle nose pliers to put the cotter pins in to hold the wheels and it works best if you turn them on their side it's doing the job I needed it's no radio flyer but I knew that so it's a decent wagon so if you're looking for a wagon to help bring in groceries from the car or move things around in your yard or in the garden it will do the job .

This wagon was a gift to my mother in law. She uses it to transport groceries from her garage to the house. During the Spring she also uses to move her flower pots. It is very durable well built wagon. The side rails are a bonus to keep things in the wagon.
