Very pretty but burns to fast ,is not that tall either ,makes a lot of fumes ,it did activated my smoke alarm .

If you don’t have the candle set up perfectly straight it will burn weird and won’t last long. Also, don’t put near sunlight. It bent and was all screwed up. I got it back straight but it started burning more on one side, melted fast, and just pissed me off because it got all over the place. There’s nothing like the feeling of a boiling wax waterfall coming down on your hands! LOVE IT! not. I will say the candle, before we lit it, was very cool looking and added to the warmth of Havdaloh. Maybe our candle holder isn’t the right one for it.

I really like that this candle still has six wicks but they are all more joined together than a flat braided candle. I purchased this candle because the braided one we had gotten before would drip FOUNTAINS of wax EVERYWHERE during Havdalah. It was awful. So I saw that these candles were supposed to not be nearly as drippy and our first havdalah experience with this candle was Worlds different! No drips on the table, no drips all over the kiddush cup, no drips all over our hands.... seriously, we had problems before. This candle burns clear and bright, no smoke, and no drips--though I might have mentioned that. It arrived not nearly as protected as I had thought it should have been, but it wasn't broken. There were some teeny cracks that were starting to appear in it when I pulled it out of the package, but nothing that interferes with its function or ability to stand. Overall pretty happy with the quality of this candle! Really great value for the money!

I make Beeswax candle regularly and this is not pure beeswax.If my wax smelled like this, I would trash it, get a refund and change supplier. There is Beeswax in there but maybe half if you're lucky. I would not burn them either, just touching them made my skin itchy and tasting it wrecked my taste buds for a few hours. Maybe good as ornamental but not practical... get real ones but they aren't on Amazon. I have many of Ner Mitzvah's product, this one, unfortunately, is a fail. I gave one star for the looks of it, not easy to braid something like this.I do not recommend this product, unless it is meant to remain in the wrapping.
