Didn't work for me.

I have a number of piercings and I really struggle with screwing on those tiny 3mm piecing balls onto my labrets. I had been looking everywhere for a tool that would help me screw on my beads as I finding it harder and harder to see the screw-thread, let alone grip the ball between my fingers. I found this tool and it arrived today. I tested it on a 3mm ball and a 2.5mm threaded gem, the tool griped onto these tiny gems really well and I could simply screw the balls onto my earings\labrets. This tool is too big for anything smaller than 2.5mm, I tried getting it to hold a 1.5mm wide gem and it fell through. I still highly recommend this and I now can change my jewellery more often.

I bought this to change my nose piercing as I'd tried previously for over 30 minutes more than once. The bar I have had to go from the inside as it was flat at the base. I'd tried tweezers and it always just slipped. But this worked the first time and hugged that nose bar like it was saying goodbye. 😄 So after nearly 3 months of the same piercing I was finally able to change it today. Absolutely delighted. I will say the little pinchers are fragile but still great at picking up.

My daughter went off to uni, so no one left who would fiddle to fix my piercings in my ear. I have several in various places on both ears and really struggle to tighten either labret or normal balls. This tool is amazing. I used on a 3mm first. You do have to hold securely and position the hole of the ball, but worked like a charm. Well worth buying!

Really handy little tool!! I use this for screwing on the balls to piercing bars on both myself and clients (I am a body piercer). Can be sterilised in an autoclave with this being metal. Nice strong grip on the jewellery and haven't had any fall out of the pick up tool yet. However, if the jewellery or item to be picked up using the tool is too small it’ll just be sucked inside the device so won’t be suitable for such small balls such as screw on nose studs with the tiny gems. Can’t rate this product enough for value and purpose. This was also a fraction of the price of some high end branded pick up tools. Highly recommended, thanks.
