Finnberry 100% natural dried bilberry (wild blueberry), no added sugar

Wild bilberries - small dried berries with nothing added. They are small in size as they are wild. If you prefer big size berries - then it is not for you. Big size berries are grown on farms. I add them to my morning muesli and it is fantastic as I know it contains only real berries. Taste is really good in comparison to frozen blueberries I used to buy.

These were very tiny berries, but the taste was fine.

Nothing special. Just go to your local market and get some fresh ones.

The first few packets I ordered were powdered Bilberry - which I loved! I added it to my smoothies. Tastes great! Feels great to drink it. Each time I ordered, I ordered two packets at a time. With my last ordered, the two packets arrived as usual but one was powdered. The other was dried whole berries. Because they are dried, they don’t blend well in the blender. It says in the product information that it is powder and one pack was powder. I don’t eat cereal or oatmeal to put these on. I got them specifically for a morning smoothie and the inconsistency in what you get is disappointing. Ordering one more. If it is the whole berries again, I will try a different brand.

Personally, I looove the consistency of those, especially on some hot vegan oatmeal with some coconut flakes it tastes divine. I am also very sensitive and can feel that those help my cells regenerate and keep me healthy through the cold and dark winter months here in Austria. A must have in everyones kitchen :)
