I guess it's best to start small and see if more seems required for your situation. I always prefer to take fewer rather than many of any supplement if I can. Each batch is tested by a third party lab to check its purity and potency. It would be perfect if the supplier or manufacturer provided a copy of the latest batch testing results on this listing. That would deserve a 5 star rating!

I love this product. I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and the over active thyroid is now effecting my liver function. I always wondered why I had sores on my body, it’s because my liver was screaming for help! These pills work quickly - I took a total of six over three days and saw my liver being cleans (pea size green balls) in the toilet. I now have TONS of energy!!!!

I have been using this product for about a month and here are my likes and dislikes: Likes - The capsules are about the size of a US quarter but are easy to swallow. This is very important to me because I have trouble swallowing some larger capsules. - I didn't notice any negative side effects from taking the supplement. - I have been mentally sharper since I have been taking the product but I do attribute part of that to some other lifestyle improvements. Dislikes: None Taking the product did not cause a night and day difference so my results are subjective. But, as a whole, I feel better now that I am taking it then I was before I started taking it.
