It Fits
It fits over my 10 x 20 frame - is actually slightly larger than the OEM roof - which could mean it may last longer - the original roof that this replaces was so tight forming that the eyelets tore and it tore at the seams. I dont see that happening with this - it will be how long does it stand up to the weather in San Diego CA. the OEM roof lasted 17 months. This material seems lighter, thinner. We'll see!

Poor fit
Used this cover on a “Advance Outdoors “10x20 carport and was very disappointed. Much too loose and missing grommet. Water pools in every bay. Center seam leaked also.

The seem is put together wrong and is to tight and might rip.
It fit good.It was made wrong in one part of the seem and is very tight there. Thinking it will rip there.

Didn't fit very well on my frame but not same manufacturer. Leaked at the seams fist rain storm. Will not purchase another from this company.
