Perfect to revive my 20 year old Miele machine

My 16 year old Miele started tripping out on the rinse cycle. I read that there were two potential problems. The motor brushes or the circuit board controller. I decided to buy the brushes and bought some genuine Miele ones from eSpares. You can get a lot cheaper (£12 versus £65 I think), but I was worried they wouldn't fit from some of the reviews. I replaced them and it was like new again. It was relatively easy to change the brushes so I thought why not replace the shock absorbers too - as the cause of the second problem, the board failure was that people tend to overload the machine. Over the years it wears out the shock absorbers and the machine shakes so much the circuit boad breaks. Instaed of buying genuine I bought these. They are almost exactly the same as the ones I removed - a tiny difference on the moulding. However, they are made by the same manufacturer and costs a fraction of the price. To be fair my existing ones didn't feel to bad, but I put these in. Dead easy to fit. Took less than an hour. But make sure you use a socket wrench with an extender to reach down into the lefthand side. Some people turn the machine upside down, but that's just making life difficult. These are heavy old machines and you can pretty much replace these in situ without having to move it. Hoping for another 4-5 years of life.

These fitted perfectly and have stopped my washing machine dancing around the kitchen like a drunk teenager at a house party. The drum also now doesn't bang when it spins, so the cat is no longer terrified. Happy days.

Perfect replacement and as a retired appliance technician I would recommend that you replace the four suspension springs as well

These were used to replace ones on a 20 year old Miele washing machine …it’s now as quiet and works as well as a new model -Brilliant !

These worked as intended was not plug and play and needed make few adjustment on attachement. Slapped 8mm bolts in and held it tight. Drum was bouncing around before so thought to try before filling landfill. So far its good.

Ottimo ricambio della stessa marca dell'originale per Lavatrice Miele. Montaggio un po' brigoso ma si può fare, in un paio d'ore massimo con buona manualità e chiave a bussola.

las piezas viene bien parece todo funcional y ayudan solo que un poco mas fuertes seria buena 140N o 160N estarian excelentes

Ces 2 amortisseurs sont parfait (Miele W807). Livraison fournisseur rapide. Démonter la façade 3 vis derrière le bac à produit; les 3 vis près du hublot (clé 10) et soulever en bas de la porte à gauche le clips métallique. Pour le démontage je n'ai pas couché la machine. Celui de droite est assez facile à extraire, pour l'autre il faudra retirer les 2 vis (clé de 7) support pompe de vidange et déconnecter le clips en plastique qui maintien la gaine électrique sur la gauche afin de déplacer le tout sur la droite. Pour le dévissage et remontage j'ai utilisé un cliquet avec prolongateur et une douille de 13 en maintenant l'autre côté de la vis avec une clé plate de 13. Il faudra utiliser du dégrippant ce qui facilitera le travail. Ne pas oublier de débrancher la prise de courant !!! En espérant avoir bien expliqué, cordialement.
