Okay bag for the price, found it to be uncomfortable to wear for long periods and the lock never came with the bag. Also USB cable doesn't work.

Really good backpack - lock can be funky though
This backpack is great! The colour is beautiful, the size is good (I did a four day over seas trip with it so it's not as small as others make it out to be). The lock works really well MOST of the time. I used it for an oversees trip and one day when I got back to my hotel it wouldn't open. Turns out the lock somehow got changed during one of the times I opened it. I overall found this troubling because to set the lock requires some precision so the fact that it got changed easily while I opened it once could cause problems if you need access to something in your bag ASAP. Since then though it's been good and hopefully won't have any problems again. Overall I would still recommend it if you're going with an antitheft backpack because it works well for a really good price and still looks and feels good!

It stopped my stuff from being stolen
I brought the backpack purely for the locking function as I was traveling to Rome and Naples, both are well known for pick pockets. True to form whilst in the Colosseum someone watched my wife get some money out of the bag and lock it, it must have been seconds later they tried getting into the backpack. The lock held and they didn’t manage to get in, but in their attempt they did manage to break the lock. So we couldnt unlock it without breaking the zip. This is the only reason I have given it 4 stars, if the lock had not broken it would have been 5 stars. But the bag did what I bought it for, kept the thriving a*#£!les from stealing my stuff. On another note, the bag is good quality and comfortable to carry.
