HQRP Extended 2200mAh Battery for Tivoli Audio Battery Pack MA-1 MA-2 MA-3 Replacement

I returned the first Tivoli PAL because the battery life was so poor, the replacement wasn't much better, used for an hour or so morning and evening after a couple of years the battery needed charging more than once a week. I put the HQRP in, topped up the charge and waited to see how long it would last. That was six weeks ago, still no sign of needing recharging. Such an improvement, recommended.

Many years ago I bought my wife a pink (yes really) Tivoli Audio PAL radio. A tad basic but great sound and water resistant; great in the bathroom. The standard battery is OK but at only 1200mAh doesn't last very long. A replacement battery from Tivoli is £35.00. This battery is 2200mAh and does it last? Give it a charge and it lasts for weeks! And at half price it's good value hence the 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Easy to fit, then needed charging up before using the radio. All apears in good order. We have not had it long so it’s long term reliability not yet proved

Batteries arrived promptly, were exactly as described and have given two PAL portable radios a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost of the Tivoli version. Result!

The battery arrived quickly and fitted easily.It was fully charges so the radio was up and running again and reminding me that I should have done it sooner,rather than leaving it on the shelf for a year.
