Showed up in two days as promised. Packaging was very well thought out. It came in a bubble envelope. Easy to open. Clear instructions on how to use. Opened the bottle and took the cotton out and to my surprise.......the bottle was damn near full! Unlike a bag of chips where you open the bag and it's 90% air :-( I've been taking it for the past 3 days and it seems to be living up to its promise of lowering stress and increasing focus.Which is really good since I do work from home and it's rather easy to get side tracked. Yes, based on my pictures, I have a lot of vitamins. Some, I don't buy again and others are my staples. Ashwagandha is one of my staples. I started using it back in 2016 and except for maybe a month where I let myself lapse off of them, I have been using them now for about 2 years. I really do think they help me with energy, focus, and my overall well being, They work well with my immune system as well and help calm my nerves. I've started to slip some into my Mom's daily vitamin routine who has dementia. Not sure if they are helping her but I know they make me feel better. This company, Ebysu, offers a great price and at 180 count, they will last me 2 months (not 3 because I give my mom a few every other day). I definitely feel ashwagandha is part of my essential vitamin routine.

I have anxiety and depression, along with a stressful job and I honestly must say that I haven't felt this good in years. This product really works, and I'm a big fan of this brand and their product, will be buying from here on out.

First time I took them, I took two at once. I immediately felt relaxed and then a few hours later I felt toooo relaxed. I was in class almost falling asleep. After a few days taking them, my body adjusted to it and now I felt calm, less stress, but with more energy. I did notice I was more focused. I haven't been that consistent on taking them daily (I forget sometimes) so maybe that's why my moods still fluctuate. But for the most part, these pills work almost immediately. Your body may adjust to it though. They're already max strength, so I suggest start taking one a day and then twice a day (one am and one pm), then later you can take two at once anytime of the day. For me there was no side effects. Only first couple tries I felt super sleepy. But now I'm good. Not bad brand and product. I'm curious to try other brands but so far this one is good for the price.
