I thought the book was silly but my 8yr old grandson loved this book and laughed when we read it together

After reading the excerpt of this book on-line, I wasn't sure about getting it. I might not have if it hadn't been listed on the best children's books for 2022. I'm glad I ordered it. It's a cute book about sibling rivalry as to who is the "greatest" amongst siblings Rot, Snot and Tot. Kids will love the characters' names and antics as well as the games they play to see who is the "greatest". The artwork is amazing and full of action that kids will want to point out and talk about as you read alone.

Bought this for my six-year-old daughter and it was a huge hit. The story and characters are hilarious and it's already become a firm favorite with the kids and adults at our house.

My 6 year old just finished this book, and it was the first ever she could read without much help

Ben Clanton has always captured my heart with his drawings, but this time he took it a step further and made me smile so much throughout this entire book. I'm so excited to see Rot go from a picture book into this because I know so many kids grew up ready to read a chapter book like this. Clanton should definitely be in conversations when discussing Pilkey, Kinney, and more. I can't wait to see what Rot's next adventure may be!
