The product is really good apart from if you want to use a backpack it is really uncomfortable. Maybe an option to remove the pannier feature if you do not want that.

Works good in all roles, it's not the best rucksack or pannier bag, but the versatility is great. Can't speak about the longevity yet

works well. I don't use the back straps, only the shoulder straps. It's big enough to take my files and my belongings for work. very useful.

Robust Pannier, love the versatility, waterproof, highly visible.

This Pannier is small enough to go on the rack of my folding bicycle yet roomy enough to the things I need for work.It is easy to attach and detach whilst the velcro strap ensures it stays on during cycling.The messenger bag strap and back pack straps are easily stowed during cycling yet easy to reattach when needed. I particularly like how the backpack straps unclip at the bottom so there is no need to constantly adjust the fit.

In the beginning it was gone but a few months down the line the connectors to the pannier or not so tight and it has come off a few times, I have to pull the strap over my seat to ensure I do not lose it
