Taralli are made with extra virgin olive oil and white wine, adding layers of flavor and contributing to a pleasantly crumbly texture that is not too dry like so many others. Their richness and full flavor make them far more special than any ordinary er.

Ok not great
Flavor was good. Freshness ok. Texture was a bit chalky, not dry and hard like a snack pretzel. Also, wasn’t particularly fond of the loose/larger twist. Not as appetizing looking as others I’ve had that are a little smaller like a miniature bagel.

Not enough pepe.
Not enough pepper. Poor taste. Disappointed. Not what I use to eat. Was craving these. Going to have to look in store next time I shop. Plus they are overpriced. Yes I am Italian.
