The mug is beautiful!The handle on the one I ordered didn't have a good weld or whatever the process is for connecting it to the mug. I reached out to the company to see if I could receive a replacement. Within 24 hours they kindly responded, processed a replacement order and sent a thank you note. I'm so incredibly impressed with their stellar customer service! And I'm grateful I'll still be able to gift this beautiful Badgers mug to my Grandpa for Christmas.

Best cup
Gave this to my dad for Christmas present. He has said that it is his best cup. It keeps his coffee hot and he has all brands, but this is the best one.

Handwash only can be fixed
I did not like that it was handwash-only, and I'm guessing it is because the logo is just a heat-transferred sticker. The sticker does serve as a great template for tracing it over with a hand-held engraver, thus earning it four stars.

Wonderful
My husband's hands shake (similar to Parkinsons), and he uses this mug all the time and it doesn't spill.

Good material but not really keeps hot!
It is useful just to pour your drink in and immediately drink it!!!!It is not appropriate for keeping the drinks hot or cold for 2-3hours!it really does not work!
