Veise G2 Wi-Fi Gateway, Compatible with DD Lock APP and TT Lock APP

Connects immediately when you actually use the DDlock app that comes with the Veise lock. Couldn’t be easier. Don’t bother with other gateways like I did. They just don’t work. Hopefully it keeps working. I tested it and it definitely locks and unlocks the door just fine. Nice and small. Have mine sitting at the back of my desk where I barely notice it. People whining that it doesn’t come with a usb block need to get over it. Barely any device comes with them these days.

The setup is pretty straightforward. As with most electronics, it has lights that will tell you the status of the equipment. The literature with it explained what it meant to have a solid blue light, an alternating red/blue flash, and red light which like most means it’s angry. What it did not say was what a flashing blue light meant. I was setting up the gateway first and then moving it before I installed my new locks. So on all the paperwork they have the number for tech support and that they wanted a call if you had an issue. Great folks. A flashing blue light means the gateway is setup and waiting to be paired. Make sure to scan the QR code to get the DD Lock app. As I started I went in the App Store and found a DD Lock app, but it didn’t look like the one in the literature. I deleted that one and scanned the QR code. The second TRT was correct. That may seem kind of a boneheaded issue, but they put an installation manual, a user’s manual, and several smaller notes in each box. I had a gateway and multiple locks and QR codes to take me to videos on installation and usage. For what these costs compared to other brands I researched I’m pleased with the value, functionality, and the multiple options available for locking and unlocking.

I am actually having issues with the Gateway connecting to my wifi but customer service has been very helpful and they're sending me a new one. I'm very pleased with the Veise lock.

Very easy to set up this gateway. Pairs well with my TTLock doorknob and allows for long distance unlocks but not locks, at least from what I’ve found. For the TTLock on the app there’s only a remote unlock button next to the main unlock/lock button. I could be wrong since I haven’t tried to lock it from a far. However, door should auto lock in the timeframe you establish. It’s worth its price tag for sure. If you have a compatible lock I would go ahead and buy this little guy. It’s handy to be able to unlock the door from anywhere. Just make sure your lock after unlock timer is set to a time your comfortable with.

Very easy to set up and use (literally less than 5min). Unfortunately, I did have an issue with our gateway, it lost power for no apparent reason. But, I contacted technical support and was fortunate enough to be connected with Aaron. He was courteous and very helpful. Sent out a replacement gateway within 48 hours of my call. Issuing 5 stars because of the customer service and support for this product. Second gateway seems to be working perfectly this far. Thanks Aaron.

Easy setup and works perfectly

This product works well.quiet,works with usb..no battery,easy instructions and good price,i can unlock door.what i wish it had was an option to lock remotely in the case if i had to open for someone while am away.it does not have that option.i will have to set it to lock automatically after a certain time after..this setting will have to do before opening the door for individual..as we use this door often it is not one the settings i have as default.but really good product

Definitely a well added addition. Allows remote access to your door locks.

Lo compré porque ya tenía una caja de seguridad qué lo requería, sin embargo este producto tiene problemas de conexión, ha sido una pesadilla. No lo recomiendo.
