Easy install. Tools / Instructions provided. Same format as the HP original battery. Once installed it began to charge automatically. Works great.

Battery is poor quality
Battery is poor quality. I do not recommend it becuase just 30-days after purchasing, it only maintains a charge for an hour. In addition, when I tried to reach out to the reseller, "Fancy Buying", the support website Amazon' has posted is defunct. Don't waste your money.

So Far So Good & It FIT!
We ordered another battery from amazon claiming it fit the Elitebook i5, vpro 8th Gen laptop we have but it didn't so know we are fighting with returning it. This one, however, not only fit but also came with the tools we needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Degraded Battery Health on Arrival
Why is the battery health at 80%??? I thought this battery was brand new, but instead of giving me 50 Wh, I'm getting 40 Wh! The battery definitely works, but even after discharging to 0% and recharging to 100%, it still reports as 80%. Can't speak for quality yet because I just got the battery, but this battery will definitely not last more than 2 hours. Though, it was easy to install as it had the provided screw holes for my HP ZBook 14u G5.
