Mizuno Men's Wave Rider 26 Running Shoe

I don't wear these for running (I don't run), but I walked many miles during a trip to Italy just after buying them, and my feet felt pretty good. If you're between sizes go a half size up. When I first started wearing them, I had to keep the laces loose because it's easy to overtighten these, but once I got used to keeping them loose, they were very comfortable, and now I can tighten them more since they, like most shoes, stretch to your feet a bit. They've been washed 2 or 3 times in the washer and dryer (I take out the insoles). They come clean (I bought the white ones), and they kept their shape and structure.

These were a Christmas gift for my grandson. He ran in them everyday preparing for a 100 mi race. He completed the race with no blisters! They are light weight, supportive, and looked good.

I have been looking for a walking a shoe that I not only find comfortable but also like the look of. I am on my feet all day at work and I am used to wearing canvas high tops or boots. I have tried the plusher brooks ghost max and asics cumulus. Both were far too soft and I did not like the way my foot sank and moved around (safe to say I am not a fan of the whole plush faze, which I guess would make sense for running but so many people use them for walking which seems unessecary?). It also seems harder to push off when you are walking. I have the new balance 880, which I like much more because it is firmer and conforms to my foot very well, but it feels a tad minimalistic.Today I got this shoe in the mail. After my initial try on it seems to be the shoe I've been looking for. I like the look of the harbor mist colorway, it conforms to my foot very well and feels solid and substantial.If you are looking to transition from boots or canvas shoes to a running/walking shoe, you might want to give these mizuno's a try.

I run about 25 miles weekly, generally alternating different types of shoes. I have had 10 generations of the Mizuno Wave Rider shoes. I like their support and cushioning that accommodates my mostly-neutral gait. This pair is especially soft which adds to the enjoyment of the experience of running. They look good, are lightweight, and a treat for my feet. I have been running for over 40 years and I can highly recommend Mizuno Wave Riders.

I walk 3-4miles a day. These last about 700 miles beforte I replace them. For me the back heal material wears out first, then the plastic in the heal breaks. I am rough on shoes and these hold up well. Before these, a shoe for me would last about 3 months (my Merrell's). I get about 5-6 months. I love the zero drop. Dropped a star due to the wear at the heal inside the shoe and the breaking of the support plastic.

I have purchased several pairs over the years for my sun who runs five miles a day, six days a week. He loves them! They are comfortable, have great support and wear well. Also, true to size. Excellent value and reasonably priced.

I've worn previous model of this shoe for a few years now. Bought these even though there is a newer model out now. Got a great deal on the pair, they are just as comfortable and fit as well as the previous versions I've worn.

Delivered on July 6th. The exterior fabric on the shoe is broken in just over a month of light use in the gym and city parks.comfortable shoe, though.

My husband always gets Mizuno Wave Ride as it is such a comfortable trainer. He needed a new pair so I ordered a size 9 UK but was sent size 9 US. Very efficient return and I reordered this product in size 9 UK and yet again was sent 9 US. Such a disappointment.

Great running shoe, I run 2-3 5-10ks a week. Good cushioning and support, nice fit.The company sent me the wrong colour however. What arrived was neon green. But I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning etc.

I've had this same line of shoe from Mizuno for like 15 years, and their sizing has never changed until now. A problem easily solved, but why?
