Asmodee - Everdell Collector's Edition, Board Game, Italian Edition, 8191

Just received it today. I am very disappointed by the product. It is visibly a return and a used one too. The shrink film is absent. All cards are scattered around, the punch-out tableau are absent, and a few marks are on the package. Who knows if all the pieces are there. Was this supposed to be a new Collector's Edition? The price suggested so, reality does not. Asked for a return straightaway.
