Abena Delta-Form Plastic Backed-Large Number 3 3600 ml 100-150 cm Protective Briefs

I use these nappies on my incontinent husband and after a lot of searching these are the best brand. He is a very heavy wetter and these absorb brilliant. He says they are very comfortable.

So the listing says plastic backed which they used to be .Delta form was abenas budget range and I thought hey it's says plastic backed hopefully they areThere cloth backed and while there fit for use they're not as useful as I needed for outings

As described in product features soft material backing that feels very nice and let's my sides breathe over a plastic backing . The fit is very snug I'm 41 inches and they could do another 3 inches I would say(fits like my plastic backed nighttime nappies feels secure)..quite thick nappies and very absorbent...good product and great price..will buy again..

These are a cheap purchase, and to that end you cannot expect the best, however, if you need night time protection you will also know that a tight seal is needed, getting ready for bed tonight I got through three of these before the tape actually stayed in place rather than just tearing off, I have tried them, and tried to convince my self that they are good value for money, But every time, I have had problems and I will NEVER order them again, and, they are NOT plastic backed as described they are the breathable type that are unfortunately NOT suitable for night time use .. I have tried to reason with my self that they are good for the price .. They are not, I actually suspect that these are factory seconds although I have no way of knowing that ... In future I will be visiting my local health care centre, as I can get Molicare super plus from them for just an extra couple of pounds ..!

These are advertised as PLASTIC BACKED, however,cthey are cloth. Not even cloth and PE backing, just cloth. The original pack I purchased was PE; all subsequent (I have purchased three) have all been cloth.Holds a fair amount, but not impressed with the description as it is misleading.Very comfortable and hold a fair amount.

Comfortable, absorbent, hold up well during the night, and unlike many brands the tapes don't loosen after a nights sleep... It's odour system is also very effective, as barely any smell escapes from within. All in all a very well made product & excellent value for money.I would rate 5 stars, but the title of the product needs changing as it's cloth backed (not plastic), luckily I'd read the reviews prior to purchase as was aware of this error.

Overall a great nappy.Incredibly absorbent and comfortable to wear, preferably worn during sleep.

Super cheap and affordable. They do a really good job for the money obviously not as good as more expensive ones.
