How many packages of flour do you get? This is only $1.78 at Walmart.

When I made this purchase, it came with just one bag of flour inside. Local supermarkets where I live are starting to have this on their shelves costing around the $3-4 dollar range. I think I'll follow your step and get mines @ Walmart too!

Can this be used for enchilada white sauce?

Says on the package that it can be used to make white sauce

MSG is not listed as an ingredient BUT it says natural spices, extracts and herbs. Not sure what that includes - probably best to contact the company, especially if you are allergic. 800/525-0177
