Gave it 4 starts cause it is suppose to be unflavored says unflavored on the bottle but there is a flavor. But compared to the many others I have tried and thrown away it is tolerable. I have just started using it so can’t really say much on how it effectiveness, and everything.

This form of B12 and Folate is altered so that people with genetic disorders can actually absorb it!! So the fact that it isn’t ‘all natural’ is a GOOD THING.
