Really great.
I've been using rollers but they tug at the hair and get caught in the wheel sometimes. This stamp is great and quicker and more effective to use.

Prefer this to rollers any day
Rollers catch the hair and pull on it, also are harder to clean. This however is great for cleaning, stamps down no issues, and is really nice and easy to use if some hair exists already. HOWEVER i feel they need to work on the twist dial, its counter intuitive and you have to twist it the opposite direction you would naturally think to twist it. Furthermore whilst using, the dial looses its place and the needles length changes unless you keep adjusting it/taping it. If they had a locking or even just snaplock on each 0.5 increment it would be 5 star.

Adjustable needle length feature is good to have, works out cheaper than getting separate stamps with different needle lengths. Haven't used the product long enough to see an improvement in hair growth, but overall looks good.

Broke instantly - replacement sent
Could I please get a replacement? The needles do not retract anymore UPDATE: Replacement was sent out after I sent them a video of it not working. The trick is to not force turn the knob at the end by any amount. It's easy to go too far and snap the inside plastic stick.

This straight up isnโt working something seems wrong with the twist mechanism

Stopped retracting after one use.
I have used this product one time. I have used it correctly and carefully. After one single use the pin didnโt retract or change size. The adjustment tool at the bottom had no effect on the needles so the product is useless now. It was good for the first use but that is all.

Very easy to use with clear instructions. Do not be tempted to go deeper than the recommended depth to avoid damaging the skin. Also use sanitize spray before use and again before putting away
