Fantastic quality carbon steel pan.
Absolutely loving this carbon steel pan! My first made in pan was the Chefs pan and for the money the quality is fantastic and so on par with the likes of All Clad etc. Anyway this carbo pan is absolutely top notch quality and the blue carbon steel looks so much better than the carbon pans from De Byer, even the stainless handle is a looker. The size is just right for searing a good sized steak too and the nice deep sides are ok for a bit of stir frying. Also nice that it comes pre-seasoned too, but its not hard to season carbon (and cast iron) when the time comes and cooking in it will season it as you go as well. Superb piece and well worth the money. Highly recommended. Cant wait to buy my next piece of Made in!

Great pan!
This is a great pan! Love the weight and size personally, but may be a tad heavy for a small person. Needs some cooking and post cooking washing care as it deserves. Acid dishes set back the 'base layer' you build - so try to avoid lemon in your dishes (whilst in the pan) and other cooking with other acidic additives. Give it the care it deserves. Looking forward to many years together ahead. As expected, delivered efficiently.

Warp easily
It can be warped easily. I only use once then I could not use it on my electric stove.

Very heavy duty pan
Iโm new to carbon steel and an struggling with maintaining the non stick but love that I can use it on any heat source, even in my Roccbox!

I'm not talking about seasoning/stickiness mess, first of all pan definitely not heating evenly. I tried ceramic and induction but result was still same. Central location of the pan is heating rapidly and more, and the edges are alyway cold, to prevent food from sticking you have to make sure pan is not heating too much or have to use alot of oil.... With this kind of price tag you can buy some real cast iron pods even 2 or 3 pieces... or buy some high quality non-stock pans and switch them in every one year.... I really hated myself after paying 130 euro just for this crap....

I wrote a 2-star review nine months after purchase even though the pan was ruined within the first week of purchase. (yeh, yeh, should have contacted them right away, but I figured it was my fault it was ruined while trying to season it in the oven, which maybe it was? but I don't know). The seller replied to my review and offered a full refund even though I never contacted them directly or made the request, and it was way beyond a normal return window. I will now buy the pre-seasoned 10" blue carbon steel pan because I have no doubt it's a great product based on the bit of cooking I was able to do with it, and there's no risk when there's customer service like this. Original review During seasoning in the oven the product was ruined. The bottom appears to have warped because it won't sit flat on any burner. This is the blue carbon steel pan.

This is the best Frying Pan I have ever used. It took a bit to season it because this was the first time I've used one of these but it took well and now its as slick as ice. Everything cooks wonderfully in the pan and I love the feel, weight, and folded sides that keep my food in the pan perfectly. I am already looking to replace all my pans as they are mostly nonstick Teflon pans. A nice carbon steel wok and 3 of these frying pans will make the perfect set of cookware. I'm trying a different brand called Matfer Bourgeat because Made-In doesn't make a 15" carbon steel pan. However, I cannot express to you how much I love this pan by Made-In! It is well worth the money and your cooking will be better because of it. Just take the time to season it and take care of it properly which is not much and it will take care of you.
