Hey... Once you understand the translation of the directions, you will be happy with the rechargeable batteries and the charger.
Once I understood the translation of the directions, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the rechargeable batteries and the charger unit. The directions are not very clear. I’m lucky to have been able to help translate and rewrite many of my technical service manuals that were used in my industry, by many technicians including myself. So, here’s the plan.... man. I’m not sure why the instructions were not clearer. I found that the 2ea 2032H (H=High Capacity) button cells need to be “broken in”, so to speak. Before you charge the included 2032H batteries you should first use the batteries for a little bit in order to get charged state down to a 30% DOD “Depth Of Discharge”. Do NOT discharge the batteries totally..... ever. Once you have discharged the batteries about 30% or so, it is time for the FIRST charging. The following is VERY IMPORTANT. Once you have placed the batteries into the charger and then plugged it in to your power source, take notice that the 2 LEDs are RED. After awhile you will see that the LEDs have changed from red to GREEN. This means that the batteries are sufficiently charged for use but they are NOT fully charged to their maximum capacity. Leave the charger connected and after awhile the green LEDs will turn OFF and the charger will stop charging. These steps should be followed as closely as possible. Do 2 partial discharge/recharge cycles of the new batteries. That will insure that the break-in has been completed. From that point on you should be able to achieve the maximum charge for your button cells. I hope that this review and my translation of the instructions will make you happy with the outcome.I use the batteries for my mobility scooters auxiliary lights that I have installed. They work great! I was exhausting 2 cr2032s each time I used my auxiliary lights. That was costly even from the Dollar Tree at 2 each for a dollar. I have aproximately 40 full charging cycles on the 2 batteries that came with the unit. They are holding up quite well. I would purchase this item again. I have given 4 Stars on my review. The reason is ONLY because the instructions are pure crap and I had to translate in order to get the maximum use out of my purchase.

Okay
The charger works, the coin batteries are reusable as advertised. My only complaint is that one of the two rechargeable batteries it came with is a dud. The charger itself, well I'm happy with it. The lights indicate when it is charged, red for charging, green for done. The case is a little hard to open and you must resist the temptation to open it by the charge plug (that could damage it). I personally leave mine open since closing something so hard to open doesn't make much sense. Use it in my pokemon go plus. I charge it before work and it doesn't appear to have any issues aside from the bum battery.Added Later:Stopped working altogether after a few weeks. I would buy something else.

The charger's green light never came on, and the battery went after 5 days.
Five stars for the Girafus track. It worked very well, but one star for the charging system. I returned the tracker with the charger because its green light never came on while charging, and the battery stopped working after five days. I'll try another Girafus system to see if the charger will work.

Zero waste batteries to reduce our ecological impact
I've been trying to move to a zero waste lifestyle for a few years now. This takes time, as so many items in our society are designed to be single use or not to last. For batteries I've been moving to rechargeable. In the long run this is also a cheaper system as well as offering a lower environmental impact. This system fits the lithium coin CR2032 batteries. The charger has space to charge two coin batteries, with charging lights, so that you can tell when fully charged (after a few hours). The time it takes for the batteries to go flat is reasonable. I'm guessing these will run flat quicker than other non-reusable batteries, however it's not flat so often that it seems like a 'hassle' to change. For the price this is good value for money in the long run. I would recommend this except if you use these very heavily (if you don't want to always be swapping the battery in and out) or the battery is located in a spot that's hard to change (where a longer lasting battery may be more useful). This is another small step to a zero waste life, as not only the battery that's saved but a reduction in packaging and transportation for replacements.

wouldn't bother
So the thing to know with this is it is VERY EASY TO OVER CHARGE THE BATTERY!!!! the instructions are quite brief but do warn against over charging how ever do not say how long it takes to actually charge the battery. Plugged my new set up forgot about it went back did not work, wasted money for me! if you can find out how long it takes to charge the batteries then buy it other wise I probably wouldn't bother. Two stars give in acknowledgment I probably left it on for too long but no idea how long I should of charged it for??

Rubbish ... unfortunately
No light indicating, if battery is full or not and nothing to get the battery out ... need to use your nails and it's rather tricky .. pity it's rubbish, it's a great product idea and with a bit of tweaking it would work ...
