I was sleeping only 3 to 4 hours per night, checking around I found this product and it is wonderful!I am sleeping 8 hours now, so I have 3 days on a row that I sleep through the night!!

I had heard of this product from a friend with a bi-polar disorder so I thought I would give it a try. I administered it to someone(with tremendous mood swings) by placing it on their food(after fully cooked)and in their beverage. I could not believe the difference it made in their personality. After 30-60 minutes the mood changed to happy, in fact the person was singing and whisteling. Each time I was given the chance to use it the person's personality changed for the better, and in a short time line. If I could only get this person to take it on their own, life would be much better for both of us.

I have taken this in combination to other supplements for my adrenal fatigue , hard to tell , but it seems to help.

I had an allergic reaction to my Vital L-Theanine, and amazon just keeps telling me to contact the manufacturer. Problem is, Vital Nutrients only has a phone number that they never answer or return calls, and no email or other way to contact. I almost ended up in the hospital and I've been taking.m L-Theanine for years. Last time ai will ever be buying from Vital Nutrients though.

I have a newborn and am experiencing postpartum anxiety and sleep deprivation. This has actually caused me to have a harder time falling asleep. This was prescribed by my naturopath for treating anxiety. I take this with Ashzwaganda. Having been doing this for a couple of years and has controlled my anxiety. Happy it is on auto delivery.
