Very good for you !!! I make my own salad topping mix of pumpkin, sunflower, quinoa seeds plus chopped walnuts & pecans . Super good and very healthy . Chopped almonds are also good if Ur younger BUT not as good when Ur older cuz of too much potassium .

Large seeds!
We’ve been ordering a few different brands but the seeds were smaller. After reading the reviews thought I would give these a try. Got them today and roasted a batch. The seeds are large and delicious! Will be buying again. Thank you for a great product!
