Got this small version to try out because my wife and I do a lot of summer camping. First trip was great, it took a matter of seconds to setup and we took off, quiet enough we didn't notice it running at all and held temp at 33 degrees for 3 days

I really love this fridge/ freezer. With the cost of ice going up, this fridge will save me money. This item keeps my drinks ice cold. And it will keep your frozen food frozen. I figured out how much more I was spending a year and what I was spending I could buy 4 of these refrigerators in a year time. I would and will recommend this item to anyone who packs their food and drinks for work.

The cooler arrived a day earlier than promised with the cooler itself in a well-padded box and the AC adapter arriving separately in a small package. Both came via the U.S. Postal Service. It would be helpful if there was some indication in the larger package that the AC adapter was arriving separately. The instruction booklet mentions that the AC adapter is not included and must be purchased separately. That causes some alarm if you have already paid for a unit with AC adapter but don't find an adapter in the box with the unit. I wrote to the seller and received a quick reply. alerting me to look for a second package to be delivered. I have used the cooler several times using both the 12v cable in my car and the AC adapter at home and it has worked well. The instructions could do a better job of explaining how to set the temperature and what the display indicates (the current temperature not the desired temperature). Pressing the plus/minus buttons seems to indicate how many degrees up/down one wants to change the temperature from what is displayed. The input voltage is also shown on the display though that isn't described in the instructions. The unit is heavy even when empty but can be transported with some effort. It is amazingly quiet. I can hardly tell it is running. I am very happy with it.

Small inside but good for basic needs will hold perishables. Very quiet. Haven't found out how to open lid from either side but otherwise all cables good and a decent small camping fridge

We really love this car fridge/freezer but the internal dimensions are too small for 12 oz cans (cannot stack 2 or lay 2) or a regular water bottle (too short, can't stand up). It is just the wrong size. Overall, we love the fridge. It is quiet when running. The reversible lid has been GREAT to flip the lid in 2 seconds when needed. We used it as a freezer on a hot road trip and it kept ice cream rock hard cold while driving. We have a 500 wh power station that kept up great while we were hiking/biking away from the car. It only draws about 35 watts while running. We plan on switching to the 21L. So I'd suggest spending up and get the 21L. Hopefully that one works better for our space/needs! I'm more of a functional person but I have to say, the avocado green color is super cute, cool looking.

Update 11-24-23: The lid leaks cool and builds up frost, uses a lot of power as insulation is not so good. We are still happy we purchased it though.Own a 95 L dometic, a 40L DOMETIC, and the this new set power now. The quality of this little cooler seems to be comparable to dometic. We use it as a secondary freezer in our campervan and it has worked so far for a couple of days at -1 degrees. I previously purchased 3 other coolers on Amazon and all had some type of malfunction, the doors seemed cheap along with the build. This set power does not have the wifi or Bluetooth capabilities and is really basic, which was a huge plus for me. Definitely recommend this cooler and will update if anything changes. Another plus is the profile is very boxy, so it doesn't take up much space.

I use it traveling and to take cold things back and forth from the cabin. You can set it to freeze and pick up ice cream!! Sometimes the temperature overshoots on the cold side, but it comes back up. Did not have problems with things freezing. Beer was a very good temperature when set to 34 degrees. Uses very little energy.

This is an update to my past review. I purchased my f15 fridge for my van life. It fit beautifully in a pull out drawer and performed very efficiently for about 6 months. Then the fridge began to fail to hold a temperature. After several conversations and tests the company did provide a full refund of my purchase. So while the product was lacking, and most likely a simple case of one bad apple, the company came through for me.
