I had this in Austin at a hotel and FELL IN LOVE with it. Buy it for my office. Only issue is it’s kinda pricey, so looking for a less expensive option

The product is great! Delicious! It really should be shipped in a box though. It was mailed in a bag and the creamer boxes came crushed. I sometimes give them as gifts and a crushed box is a real problem for me.

I've had this stuff before, and it's a good solid option for those like me who think Carnation creamer is disgusting. Sweetened condensed milk has been around for centuries and it keeps very well, so this sounds like a perfect thing for those on the go. Well, it is, if you just get a big black coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. But if you're using a one time use filter or a sachet of instant, this is twice the creamer you really need. If there were a squeeze bottle or smaller packets, that would work better for my current situation, but honestly, this is not a huge deal.

So. I love the fact that these are super portable. I grab one in the morning, carry it in my pocket, and when i'm ready for a cup of coffee at work I can just pop it out and no additional creamer or sugar needed for a perfect 6-8oz cup of coffee. Yes its sweet, but I like my cream and sugar with a little coffee haha At work we use the Styrofoam 6-8oz cups, one of these was perfect! Just enough sweetness and cream needed for my liking. I was skeptical with all the pictures of busted creamers and discoloration but I was pleasantly pleased when they arrived PERFECT! Not one was busted! Not one was used and observed to be discolored. I would recommend, and would definitely buy again, and again, and again! You can buy your own cans of sweetened condensed milk and get the same kind of flavor but its a mess, and completely not as convenient as a grab and go creamer! Trust me, I tried this when they were out of stock but It just isn't the same!!

Tasty, perfect for work or home.

It's organic sweetened condensed milk - nothing special that I can tell. The convenience of the individual packets is nice, however they're pretty difficult to open, which leads me to my next issue: the box I received had busted packets and wasted product dried to all the others and the inside of the box even though the box itself wasn't damaged. Seems like a manufacturer issue rather than shipping this time around. It's disappointing that I paid over $20 for something so simple and yet can't use most of it, nor return it. If you're going for aesthetics for a coffee or tea bar, sure... go for it. Otherwise I'll use one of the many other brands that also offer convenience/quality at a more affordable price. Three stars given because the sweetened condensed milk is organic and tastes like all others. Value is not derived from seller's 'selling point' IMO.

Not bad, but not mocha-y enough. I love these for the convenience and I can bring them to work or on a trip to sweeten my coffee. The shelf life is decent. But, the chocolate taste just isn't very prominent. It's sweet using the condensed milk but the chocolate doesn't stand out in my opinion.
