The product seems to work but there was no instructions on how to use it or things not to do that could risk damage.

No instructions at all.
I received this today. The cleaner itself is good and stays put. There’s a R and L button ( no idea where that goes ) and a charging cable.But there’s no instructions at all. I don’t have a clue what I’m doing, where this R and L go, how long to leave my glasses in water OR ANYTHING !! Very very poor indeed ! Unless someone can inform me, this to me, is a complete waste of £15.

No instructions, very short charging cable, cheap plastic, noisy, used for 30 minutes on some jewelry and no difference.
