Just got it delivered
Directions to put together only in Chinese. But if you can't figure it out on your own, you shouldn't own this product. I have only tested it briefly since I just received product today. It does what it says it does and it does exactly what I need it to do...dispense water from a storage water container. Perfect for me to use in a minivan camper conversion. Glad I bought it. Way cheaper than installing a whole water/plumbing type system just for some running water.

It works
It works, just if the cup is shallow it splashed everywhere. I keep mine charging all the time so idk how good the charge is but my plug is right there so it is t a big deal.

Perfect on Day 1, very pleased -- by Day 2, it became possessed and started randomly turning on.
On Day 2, it started randomly turning on for no reason ... I wasn't touching it, I wasn't within 10 feet of it. Luckily I was home, or it would've ran all 5 gallons of the jug it was sourcing water from all over the floor. I turned it off, thinking it was an isolated incident, and it wouldn't stop turning on every 5 or 10 minutes. It would not randomly turn off. I'm really disappointed, particularly because I'm in the middle of moving, and returning it and even getting a new one from a different brand is a little bit impossible right now. :-/

Great Buy
I love this! The flow is great and doesn't take long to charge. I use the base and keep it on the table and the water under the table. Leaves more room for the area.

I use this while camping as it adds a level of easy convenience when cleaning up or dispensing ANY non corrosive liquid.

Great while it works
We have been using this water pump while living somewhat off grid and after a month of use, it no longer holds a charge. It was awesome while it worked but…bummed that it stopped (I tried various cords, outlets etc. could charge other devices, but not this item).

Good bedside water dispenser
So this water dispenser is awesome, it's small and doesn't take up much room on the bedside table.Only thing I dislike is the fact both buttons both turn on an turn off the water spout. It’s a little weird that both buttons do the same thing. The base is lightweight which is awesome for if you need to move it around but you have to be mindful of its weight to avoid accidentally brushing it off the side table because it WILL tumble.Other than both buttons functioning the same and it being lightweight I still like this dispenser for it’s battery life and overall convenience.

ANYONE ELSES STOP PUMPING
It worked day 1 and part of day 2. Here it is the 3rd day and even with a charge it only lights up but won't pump water. I even blew through tubing to see if possible blockage and nada. I really hate this because I don't have the original boxing or anything for a return

Es bastante practico, me gusta el diseño y lo que más me gusta es que es bastante alto como para vasos grandes. Además, me gusta que trae botón para llenar 600 ml para evitar tener que esperar a que se llene el recipiente.

Lo compre en abril y ya no funciona, parece bueno y es muy útil pero dura poco.

da el servicio que ofrece pero sale el agua muy pero muy lento ya que llena un vaso regular en un minuto cuando que el que tenía en 10 segundos lo llena , realmente no me fue funcional
