Bought these for travelling instead of throwing jacket over chair or on bed. Hook fits over most doors. Only had one that was too tight to let me use it. Nice to hang trousers or dresses from the part closest to the door for later and the items we need more oftern, to the front or on the hook at the front. Have them on numerous doors in the house and one in each suitcase.

My mother was coming to visit, but my guest room doesn't have a closet & I didn't want her to have to live out of suitcase during her stay. I went shopping for a wardrobe, but couldn't find one I liked. I ordered this over the door hanger, attached the included foam strips on the parts that would touch the bedroom door. It worked perfectly. Mom was able to hang all her clothes & it didn't wobble at all or take up room even when the bedroom door was open (which instantly hid the clothes from view). I can recommend this without reservations.

I pet and housesit quite often which means, since I don't live there, all my stuff sits on the surfaces and finding extra room in most people's closets is a challenge anyway. Taking 1 or 2 of these along means my hanging clothes always have an easy place to hang, wherever I am.

I keep this in the bottom of my garment bag so that when I travel, I always have a place to hang my garment bag. It's been able to handle any amount of weight I've thrown at it. It's so well designed, it's never left a mark at the top of any door I've hung it on. It's wide enough to evenly distribute the weight and long enough to hold a lot of clothes, yet short enough to remain sturdy. It is so well built I've purchased it more than once and would buy again should the need arise.

This is an excellent, well-built product. However, I wanted to fit over an "outside" door that connects my house to the garage, but this product is only designed for regular interior doors.

I bought two of these and now I want more. They're good for hanging garments to dry because they stick out far enough that air circulates all around the hanging item. Also, I've been using one to organize the outfit I plan to wear the next day. A stress reducer in the morning! Recommended, as long as your door is a standard thickness. Measure to be sure.

I bought this hook because I hang clothes behind my doors when it’s wet outside. I was a little disappointed when it arrived as it is a lot smaller than I expected it to be and doesn’t hold a lot of items like the ones I used to have before from another store. It’s very strong but wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. Still great value for money though.
