I purchased this product and it didnt take long to receive. Its easy to use but you have to let it warm up before using. So far the use is good. What I disliked is I didnt receive some pieces that was suppose to come in the package. 8 interchangeable pieces for extractions. If I read that it was included, I expect it to have it in the box because thats what I paid for. Id appreciate if customer service would contact me to get this resolved asap
