Good Stuff
I had been finding this hard to locate but now I know how to get decent quality at a fair price. I am satisfied.

Good pipe
Good quality pipe for a small engine fuel tank. A metre was plenty for my needs

Totally useless
I bought this hose to use on my motorcycle and itโs been worse than useless. The external braiding unravels as soon as you cut the tube. But worse than that, it contaminates the fuel! See the photos. โFuel lineโ that immediately turns the petrol dark brown and imparts fine particles to it is not fuel line in my book. I had to throw all mine away once I realised what it was doing to the fuel. To be avoided!

That it could take petrol
Did exactly what it said on the packet, perfect for the job.

I bought this as a like for like replacement of my existing motorcycle fuel hose
I bought this as a like for like replacement of my existing motorcycle fuel hose. There have been 2 problems: 1) The external cotton braiding disintegrates as it is forced over the stub pipe nipple. 2) The hose is flimsier than the previous material and although the minimum radius of curvature is 60mm, it is prone to kink and collapse in the very confined space under the fuel tank. If there was no space restriction I would probably use this hose again but I have had to swap it for some reinforced SAE J30 R6 nitrile hose, which has 2mm extra O.D. but is much more resistant to kinking and to be honest, is the better material.
