Do Not Buy. Defective and No Customer Service

After two weeks the air rod was leaking and the chair go completely down. I sent 11 emails to the company since August 2023 an no answer. Amazon don’t took responsibility for the item because was out from the return window. The chair ended in the garbage. I wasted my money! Never buy again!!!

Zero customer service junk

1st on I got had to replace a blown piston within 2 weeks. 2nd one arm rest broke 5 months later. There customer service is non existent. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Purchase at your own peril

Shipped broken...

Just started to unbox it and as soon as I removed the arms from the back I noticed a massive crack in the arm rest... disappointed.
