The kit has everything you need to get the job done. It comes with tweezers, an x-acto knife, and replacement glass covers. The most difficult part was getting the existing (shattere)d lens glass of without scratchy or damaging the actual lens underneath. the glass broke into miniscule pieces that I had to remove one bit at a time. I also struggled with determining whether I had removed all remaining lens glass, because there's a rim on the side that looks like there's glass left. If I hadn't struggled with the last part, the job would have been done in 5 minutes or less. Hope it holds up!

I'm like many on here, tried ordering replacement lens for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I received a package with the proper label but the lens are way too small for the phone. Either they mass mislabeled these packages, or they really don't support 15 pro max

The instructions aren't great, because I didn't get which side was the adhesive side, which I ended up touching the inside of the lens and had to clean it as not to trap my fingerprints on the inside forever. ***The side that is attached to the BLUE plastic, is the adhesive side. Just be careful not to touch that side with your fingers, because you'll have to clean it without messing up the adhesive too.Seems to stick really well. Time will tell buti think I cleaned off all the old glue and glass, so it should make a clean adhesion.

I had to install a second one cause the first one cracked. The tools are pretty effective though

Ease of use . I choose the same size lens as I removed from phone and they didn’t fit correctly . Used a different size ( larger black ring ) replaced 2 lens . Within an hour one lens was cracked again 😳 phone was not dropped it was sitting on a couch.I ordered 14 pro max no where on pkg did it say 14 pro max… did I receive wrong item ????
