Good bag, Great Customer Service
I purchased this bag based on a friend’s recommendation, as I wanted to downsize from a hard cooler to free up more deck space while boating. Overall, I was very satisfied with the bag and used it about three times a week for two months. However, the zipper failed after that period, which was disappointing given its light use. I contacted the manufacturer and provided pictures, and within 24 hours, they responded and informed me they would be sending a replacement.
