This magnifying glass has four legs and also a light which you can use, however it is not robust, a little wobbly in the legs though I guess you wouldn’t really have to use the legs you could just hold the magnifying glass above the print if you had to.

Cheap plastic rubbish. Poor magnification and can't exactly say it's a hands-free unit because the legs just kept folding in on themselves, and therefore, the only way to use was to literally hold it in your hands. Not suitable for intended purpose and light wasn't much use either. I'd say not worth bothering with. No use whatsoever for my elderly mum who was looking for a handsfree magnifyer to help when she's reading in bed. Returned for a full refund.

I’m not sure if this type of lens is prone to irregular focus in general, or if it’s just this brand, but I don’t find it easy to look through mine and see clearly. There’s a very small focal plane which makes it difficult to keep focus and even then it’s not the clearest.I swapped out for a pair of headband magnifiers which are i around the same price and are deal. I probably won’t use this again.
