Great option for the price
Mounted on a 08 Triumph tiger 1050 and they are small enough to blend in with the bike and the picture quality is not bad although no Go Pro it works fine. The instructions are pretty easy and all cables color coded to make it east to install (did in around 40 mins to an hour) downside is the main unit is a little hard to use while moving and it seems to reset the view screen on shut down also the cables from the unit come out one side of the unit which limits placement also have had the SD card fail a couple of times where its stopped recording and required me to reformat the card. system is watertight and screen defaults to GPS time, speed after a few mins riding unless set before ride, Lastly the remote button is bright orange with a flashing blue light you cant turn off so at night is annoying to see in front of you depending on placement.Over all though i highly recommend for anyone on a budget.

Decent quality, Decent Picture, Kind of a pain to get video
Installation is pretty simple. Wires are color coded with disconnects close to the unit, so getting all the cameras and wiring installed was fine. You will have plenty of length on the wiring...probably too much....but that's better than the alternative.Once installed, getting thru the set-up is no worse than adjusting your phone. You can likely muddle thru it without instructions, once you figure out that the Power on/off is also the "OK" button if you're in the menu area.I'm happy with the quality of video. I could read license plates pretty consistently when reviewing footage. Night vision isn't all that fantastic, but these aren't set up with infa-red, but they still do a pretty good job of capturing what happened (although reading plates probably isn't going to happen).Retrieving video? Well...that's not quite as simple. Even though you have a screen right on the unit, even trying to find the right file to view on that leaves a bit to be desired. Each camera creates it's own file...ok, that makes sense, but what doesn't make sense is how files are sorted. It's kind of by date, but also kinda by something else. If you have 200 files (100 front, 100 back camera), the footage is not next to each other. They're at opposite ends of the file listing. Also, the view on the screen and file sorting is defaulted for the back camera, and you can't change this...maybe switching the wire connections would resolve this. The screen is not always on. You can change how long it stays on, but only for 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes. After that, it shuts off and only displays your speed and the time....with about a 10 second delay on the speed. The little blue light flashes so you know it's recording....but, I would prefer is the screen just stayed on personally. The mobile app is ok, but again, getting video footage isn't simple, and the GPS track is going to look like something a 1st grader drew. 1 second you're where you actually were, the next you're 4 blocks away, then the next, you're back. I moved my GPS antennae, which made it slightly better, but not much.I dread trying to show footage to an officer if I capture an accident (hopefully not mine!)... I can just picture it now "ok Officer, give me 20 minutes to find the file"..... and oh, that's just to find the file. Transferring it to your phone? there goes another 10 minutes...per file...so front AND back? Yep, 20 minutes to transfer those...

Save your money. Really disappointed in unit and response from manufacturer.
I like that this one is mostly aluminum. I had a dv988. Loved it had for years worked great. Rubber coating deteriorated and got wet inside. This model was a little cheaper in price. I initially gave a better review when I installed the unit. I have had just over a month and now unit just continues to reboot all the time. Tried reaching out to manufacture with no luck. Installing is easy but wires are so tiny for power. I soldier them in but suspect that the sub standard wiring may be the problem..save your money. If you really want a decent unit go extra and get the 988 or a different brand.Update: have attempted to contact manufacturer for several weeks with no luck. Don’t answer emails. Or warranty issues. I figured out the issue was a bad card. But the gps sensor has quit working. Took off bike and installed a KENWOOD unit. Works excellent but no display screen. Miss that part but much happier.

A quality dashcam with tons of features, yet affordable!
I have been up in the air for awhile about whether I truly needed a dash cam on my motorcycle or not...but now that I've installed it, I'm super thankful for it!As a YouTuber, I'm already enjoying that I have 2 extra camera angles besides my normal helmet cam that I can rip photos and videos from anytime...and the fact that I can set it to loop is even better. In this fashion it is truly maintenance-free. Additionally, I feel better knowing that if there is an accident or legal issue, I'll have video evidence of what happened. Here's a few things that pleasantly surprised me about this camera system.- The display was actually very bright and easy to see...I have no problem glancing at the display when Im riding or at a stoplight, which is much easier than turning my head to look behind me.- The wires were MORE than long enough...I probably could have wired these on a UTV, Golf Cart, or small car because the wires were so long.- The connectors for the wires are high quality and waterproof.- Camera quality was better than I expected!- You have the option to power from the battery, switched ignition, or via USB...and the USB power makes it super handy for when you're installing and trying to get wiring and camera angles correct before you stick them permanently.- The GPS function interests me but I haven't got the the chance to test it out thoroughly yet, so check my video channel for that.Be aware that the install is simple, but does take some time. It took me a couple hours to wrap everything up...but If I had to do it again I could probably do it in half that. Most of the work is deciding how you will route the wires. The ONLY improvements I could think of so far would be a slightly higher quality bar mount system for adapting to 7/8th bars, and the instructions could be better.I will be publishing a video review of the dashcam soon, you can view it on YouTube under (The MX Guru) , as well as dash cam footage.Overall, a great product.

Great camera setup.
Camera has great video, and a 128 gb card works well. Took a little longer to install on a 2009 FLHTCU hiding extra cable lengths for camera and gps. Although the app for downloading video to smartphone is poor.
