Ordered this cover to clean my 18000 btu mini split unit. The cover is excellent with a long drain hose.the weight of the plastic is very heavy duty and can be used many times over. The elastic band is also very well made and holds the cover throughout the entire cleaning process. The cover is too large to use on my 9000 btu mini split, must order the smaller cover. I did order the smaller cover because of the quality of this item.

Great fit good price I've used it several times with no problem

So far I cleaned 6 units with this cover, ranging from 8000BTU to 18000BTU. I got both large and small size of this cover, and found the small 8000btu to 12000btu cover fit all of my units. The 18K BTU was a very tight fit, but actually worked the best. Since I didn't open or use the large cover, I was able to return that.Pros:It prevented a lot of splash in the wall.Cons:1) When putting the cover on, the elastic cord can and does bend a lot of fins.2) The top cover makes it super hard to spray the foam cleaner, you need 1 hand to hold the top cover up and 1 hand to spray. But point #3 will tell you why it is extremely difficult3) The bottom where it collects, droops down, if any liquid falls into it, and you are not holding it, it spills making the catching useless. So you need 1 hand holding the top, 1 hand to hold the bottom, and 1 hand to spray the foam cleaner.4) These is an attach video to this item, if you watch the video, it shows it comes with plastic flaps for the bottom back side. These did not come with them, feels very mislead by this.I would not recommend this cover to anyone. I am getting a new cover next season when I clean my units again.
