Very pleased with this TMG supplement. Clear dosing, clean ingredients, and good value for the number of capsules. Easy to take and no issues with tolerance. Packaging is practical and well labelled. Third-party tested purity — but may upset sensitive stomachs.
The TMG capsules come in a good quantity and there’s no bad taste when swallowing, which is a plus. They don’t smell great, but that’s expected with pure supplements. I appreciate that they’re third-party tested — it gives me confidence in their purity. That said, I did notice some mild stomach upset during the first few days of taking them, which settled down afterward. Overall, a decent product, but be prepared for a bit of adjustment at the start.
