effective and good value for price
I would say these are my go-to pimple patches because of their value for price and effectiveness. I always seem to have a pimple somewhere on my face (if not multiple lol), and I tend to pick at them so its really nice to have something that stops me from damaging my skin. these do the job and you get a lot per packet, plus are considerably cheaper than most popular name brands. the three sizes they come in are decently big for pimple patches and stick well enough, tho some parts of the face like near the lips they don't stay on as well. they are a little thick and not exactly invisible on the face if you plan to wear them outside, but lets be honest no one's gonna judge you for caring abt your skin. overall solid choice for pimple patches, work about as expected and for a fraction of the price as some brands :)

One of my most used skincare products, absolutely love
My favorite pimple patches. I personally think they’re better than neutrogina, star, and any other name brands I’ve tried, and at a way more affordable price. I love that they have both salicylic acid AND tea tree oil. They’re very effective at sucking the gunk out and helping pimples heal faster. I even use them on ingrown hairs on my thighs sometimes, which the largest size is perfect for. They’re not totally see-through, but that doesn’t really matter to me. Anyone saying they don’t stick well is probably using product before applying them. They won’t stick if you have a moisturizer or lotion on, but that’s normal for most pimple patches. These things will stay on for over 24hrs. They have a slight smell of tea tree, which I love. I got the 240 pack and they’ve lasted me like 15 months.

Best patches out there (yes, compared to name brands)
These patches are my favorite. I alternate between the version with salicylic acid and the version without, as the ones with are a bit more drying. However, I think they work a little better for the more under-the-skin pimples. Overall, both versions work fantastically and it's a great deal money-wise. Way better than other popular brands that charge 3x as much for 5x as less. I've also had success with them staying on in trouble areas over makeup, and still pulling out gunk! Lastly, appearance-wise: they're actually clear, which I prefer. Some others are slightly yellow-tinged. They're also not too thick, while still doing a great job, and I love the variation in sizing included. For context: My skin leans dry, and is very acne-prone. I get a combination of topical pimples & deeper, cystic-type acne. These work best when they're at a head, but can sometimes pull things out earlier. Pro tip: If you have really small spots or only big patches left, cut them in half!

4.5/5
They work just as well as the name brand i like them a little better because of the tea tree and salicylic acid. The price is better for the number of them you get, plus having all the different sizes is convienient. I have pretty bad skin due to age, hormones and dermatitis so im not usually looking to change up my skin care products, but ive been happy with these so far, i havent had any negative side effects from them. They blend in with my skin tone just as well as the others, i dont think any pimple patch fully disappears. The only down side is they dont seem to be sticky enough. You HAVE to put them on clean, dry skin. If i put any serums or lotions on first they dont adhere well at all. Ive tried putting on lotion after i put them on and that seems better but theyre always partially pulled off by morning.

Works Well
Great, easy to use patches. This particular brand is priced well for the amount you get. Each sheet is individually wrapped inside the package as well. No smell to them at all. 3-sizes of patches in each sheet. Would recommend and have purchased again already.

Packaging change
Look, this review isn't going to be about whether or not these work to "heal" pimples faster. I know the answer to that and I'm not gonna argue with people that have the opposite opinion of mine. But the reason they only get 3 stars even though I use them every night is because they do not do anything to heal your pimples "fast". They can protect an existing pimple, in my opinion they can somewhat help prevent them, but if you're gonna get a pimple putting one of these on it is not going to make it go away faster. I use these more as almost a preventive measure and less often as a protective measure for a pimple that is ready to "pop" because I'm a picker. Which is another thing. I've seen a lot of people claim that these draw the pus out of your pimple. Every time I put one of these on a pimple that could be popped when I get up the next day that pus filled pimple is still there. These don't "draw" anything out, but if it happens to pop while the patch is on there, it will absorb the stuff. Here's where I have found them to be most useful. I lay exclusively on one side at night so 1 cheek has a tendency to break out very badly every couple of weeks. I lay on a clean side of the pillowcase every single night, I have 3 pillows so that gets me through 6 nights without having to wash my pillow cases. I go out of my way to not put any lotion on my hands at night so that I'm not transferring lotion to my face. But that cheek still breaks out. I discovered by accident that if I put these on each night over the spots that tend to break out it causes the breakouts to be not as severe. They still happen, but they don't seem to include as many pimples, and they don't seem to last as long. The only thing you have to be careful about with continued use, you have to learn to take them off your face very slowly the next day because your face will start to get sensitive to these, kind of like if you've ever had a wound that needed dressing changes and your skin got irritated from the tape. I gave myself a couple of tiny little abrasions before I learned my lesson. But here's what I want to point out to people if they've used these in the past. I ordered my last box around December 20th and just ordered a new box a couple of days ago. The box looks the same but it is smaller and as you can see by my picture the sheets that they come on are much smaller and there's no longer a purple plastic piece, it's now clear. The ones on top are from the new box and the ones on the bottom are from the box I got in December. To the naked eye the patches look like they are the same sizes, but I will have to measure them and I will update my review if they are different sized. But I think it's just that there are less of them on each sheet and more sheets in the box. I'm more concerned about the fact that maybe these are the "regular" version and not the medicated version because of the different colored backing. I specifically want the ones that have the SA and the tea tree oil in them. I'm just concerned that maybe they mixed up their regular ones with the medicated ones and put regular ones in the wrong box.

THE BEST after trying out countless different brands of pimple patches!!
Paid $14.99 with free delivery for The PatchRx Pimple Patches Salicylic Acid (120 Pack) that come in 3 sheets with 40 pimple patch stickers on each. We’ve repurchased it twice now. The packaging is great tbh. It’s a Mylar resealable (ziplock) bag that prevents anything, including sunlight and air, from getting in and potentially negatively affecting the pimple patches. Each of the three sheets come in their own envelope which remind me of packaging from the dentist or orthodontist, paper on white side and soft clear plastic(?) sealed together. All 3 inside the excellent quality outer resealable bag that looks exactly like the thumbnail picture where I keep the sheets sealed in until they’re needed. We are a family of five. Husband, self and 3 kids between the ages of 15-20 years old. Our three kids are still dealing with seemingly random breakouts. While husband and I get a few breakouts each year, but it’s different than when we were teenagers. Although all 5 of us are dealing with different types of pimples and skin issues, these patches work amazingly perfect for each of us. The patches come in 3 different sizes and each of the three sheets have the same assortment of sizes. The 2 smaller sizes are perfect to cover the vast majority of people’s breakouts. The largest patch stickers are perfect for covering a pimple cluster, or the biggest pimple ever or for a pimple that keeps returning in the exact same spot or on the body. At one time or another at least one of the 5 has dealt with body acne. Shoulders, back, chest, butt, inner thigh, etc. which the medium or large stickers are perfect for. Since those areas on the body tend to be in high friction and sweat zones that could make the sticker fall off, we use the largest sticker so that the pimple is completely covered and there’s more skin contact around it to stick too, creating a stronger hold…but have never had any issues. I prefer the patch to be oversized compared to the blemish. That way it keeps the surrounding skin protected which ensures a boarder of clean healthy skin so the pimple can heal completely and fast. prevents any cross contamination that could potentially cause further breakouts and provides stronger hold. The Rules: Before touching one of the pimple patch sheets, wash your face and hand, wait a wee bit to make sure the skin is completely dry. Peal off the patch size needed and apply to the spot you want gone as fast as possible. I find that placing the stinker so that the pimple is right in the middle first and then using your clean dry finger to press gently around the perimeter of it. This makes a smooth, even hold of the patch. Just remember to ensure that the entire circle is in contact with the skin, especially around the outside perimeter. The patches are a slightly milky colour when taken from the envelope and become clear once applied. This is an amazing feature because you can instantly and clearly see if the patch is fully sticking or if there’s a spot where you still need to press down. They slightly blur the appearance of the pimple, or make it slightly less visible or maybe that’s just the confidence I feel wearing one of the patches. We typically only wear the patches overnight with way higher results than imagined…but from time to time, when one of us has a big event in their lives coming up, they typically have pimple breakout. Since these clear sticker patches meld into the skin we have worn them out during the day and the pimple(s) are always gone before the event. Personally, I don’t find that these (or any) patches do anything (meaning pulling out the grossness) if a head hasn’t formed yet. But what they do, is cover up the pimple making sure that no dust or germs come into contact and prevents you from touching or worse, trying to pop that pimple. Admittedly the following statement may be a placebo effect but I find that these stickers take away a lot of the pain, discomfort, pressure from a pimple that’s under the skin, grows in a very sensitive spot on the body or has a pulse but no head. Helps you forget it’s even there! Pros that are not listed above: •They work the BEST out of all the countless high end, low end and middle of the road different brands and patches I’ve tried over many years. •Contain different healthy and dermatologist approved elements that are scientifically proven to not just help be rid of the pimple extremely fast BUT also to treat the skin around the pimple. Excellent ingredients that are extremely beneficial to the skin. Making the area of skin more healthy, heal faster without scarring and improve the appearance. •it’s grossly awesome and impressive what one wee sticker can pull out of a pimple. Apply before bed, wake up and you can feel a slightly hard “mountain” of gunk has formed on the patch. Go into the bathroom to check out the situation and are actually impressed to see a wee white mountain of crap has been excreted and now trapped on the sticker. Maybe a volcano would be a better analogy lol. You remove the patch to find that a lot of the redness, pain, pressure and size has been either dramatically decreased or is completely gone and your skin on the way to healing. •although I’m not a packaging junky kind of girl but I’m genuinely impressed with this one. This outer bag is high quality and strong ensuring that no outside elements, nothing can enter. The slide lock at the top works great, holds it closed awesomely and can be reused countless times. •each of the 3 sheets is individually sealed. The stickers are on a flexible clear plastic (maybe?) sheet that has fold or rip lines down the center of each row to ensure easy removal and a piece of blue cardstock (maybe?) that has a waxy feel on one side. Think of the firm blue paper that comes on top of a rectangle package of cream cheese. This ensures that the stickers don’t dry out like most stickers do when left out overtime. •they are extremely easy to apply and painlessly easy to remove. •THEY TRULY WORK! Cons that are not listed above: •they do cost more than most of the pimple patches on Amazon •upon first receiving the patches and opening the slide lock, there is a surprising and a wee bit intense smell of Tea tree Oil which some people don’t enjoy but dissipates super fast and won’t happen again, only the first time. *Please note that the sticker patches do NOT smell like tea tree oil. •Since they’re clear, the gunk that the sticker is pulling out and appears as a white spot is visible to others but less so than a huge red inflamed angry pimple. I’ve been told that you can put make up on top of the patch and it completely camouflages it, making it disappear into the skin. •they are so comfortable to wear that you can forget you have one on. Leading to some potentially uncomfortable, embarrassing situations. •they cost more than the majority of pimple patches sold on Amazon. Costs more but saves later. Plus you can cut them in half as needed. Conclusion: No surprise lol! I Highly Recommend these patches. For all of the reasons stated in this plus countless more that I didn’t type out as this review is already very long. PS I don’t know if I can or how to add text to a picture you’re attaching to your review? Sorry. Think they’re all pretty self explanatory except for two of them. •picture three shows a mistake (that I don’t have time to correct. The waxed paper is white, not blue and more flimsy than I thought •picture four shows a pimple patch that I just stuck to the back of my hand as an example. There is no actual pimple. This way you can see how the patch looks when actually applied to my light-medium Caucasian skin.

BUY! Prepping Your Skin Before is CRUCIAL!
I love these! They’re not “invisible” depending on the location of your application, but they’re not super noticeable either unless the lighting hits right. Prepping prior to applying is crucial to the product staying in place, and therefore being able to work its magic. To ensure they stick well, I wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol and let it air dry before applying the patch to dry up any oil or product residue from my face cleanse and have found this method to work the best. I put one on before going to bed and change it out before going into work. After the first patch is done (an overnight sleep of 8ish hours) the pimple is noticeably smaller, flatter, and less red. The patch after each use has the “gunk” stuck to it and comes off nicely (isn’t sticky like a Bandaid, but doesn’t just fall off either). I highly recommend these for quick fixing blemishes in addition to a regular skincare routine tailored to your specific skincare needs and skin type. I keep these on hand for when those problematic pimples pop up and will never let myself run out. Even my husband has used them and found that they worked well for him!

Effective and Good Value Pimple Patches
These salicylic acid pimple patches work quite well, especially for small to medium breakouts. They stick securely to the skin, even overnight, and are thin enough to wear during the day without being too noticeable. I noticed reduced redness and faster healing when using them consistently. The 120-pack offers great value for the price, making it easy to keep them on hand. While they work well for surface pimples, they’re slightly less effective on deep or cystic acne and may require multiple applications. Overall, this is a solid product that delivers good results and excellent value. Not perfect, but definitely worth buying for regular pimple care
